Return and store credit 


There are no refunds.  You may return your item(s) in the same, unused condition it was shipped in and receive a store credit only. 


You have 15 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return.  All sale items are FINAL. To complete your return, we require a receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase. You are only allowed one credit. Once issued a credit on an item, that item is now final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will only be credited for the product(s).

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 


Once your item is received, we will inspect and notify you whether your item has been approved or denied. Please return it in the same condition you received it in with original packaging. You will receive a gift credit (expires after 30 days) via email if your item(s) have been approved. If your order is denied, we will also notify you via email.
