Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we gladly accept returns for store credit on items that meet our return policy criteria. (Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item(s), and item(s) must be in their original, unused condition).
To process your return smoothly, please provide a receipt, packing slip, or any other valid proof of purchase.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s), unless the item received was damaged. We do not refund shipping costs; however, you will receive store credit for the product(s) returned.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item. Once we receive your item, we will carefully inspect it. If your return request is approved, you will receive a gift credit via email (valid for 30 days). If denied, we will notify you via email.
